Here are the requirements:
A member must be a business owner or in the top management of a large business.

Registration

Rules of Membership:

When you join, the fee is KHR 220’000. The cycle is from July to June.

One person may attend per company.
Members must notify us before joining our monthly meetings. If a person, after notifying us of their coming, fails to attend the fee is $10.
