Reflecting on how our environment affects our business is essential. Whether in a crisis situation or in more ‘normal’ times, it’s important to look at the different areas (economic, technological, political…etc), to then redirect our efforts. If not, our business may miss out on opportunities or be hurt by threats it did not foresee. Using the PESTEL and SWOT analysis, our members were able to practice this on their own businesses.
