On the 22nd of August 2019, the CCBN was happy to have Mr. James Symons from LocknCharge speak to them about Sales & Marketing. Originally from Perth, he shared his experience of seeing his company as a startup and later going international. LocknCharge sells smart lockers and charging carts that are theftproof. According to research and his personal experience, insight is the most important factor when buying a product. Insight is the ability of the sales team to show that they are experts on the product and, as a result, that the customer can trust them. They ended the teaching with a discussion of the importance of Christian Businesspeople to live out their faith by their actions, not only their words. We are thankful for Mr. Symons to have taken the time to teach.
