Last week, the members of the CCBN learned that there are four basic human needs which motivate us: security, self worth, significance, and hope. These cannot be filled by ourselves. God should be the One to fill those needs. If we try to fill those needs other than through God, we may do things that are immoral, such as lying, cheating, and breaking promises in order to fill those basic needs. Instead, by doing business with God as our partner with Him watching and helping us, we can keep on a path that honors Him and fulfills our needs. Mr. Philip Scott encouraged us last week to not exchange our relationship with God for anything, and to keep in His ways. We want to thank Mr. Scott for spending time to encourage the growing and staying firm in our faith.
