Managing your company’s culture brings many benefits: it improves your team’s environment, increases productivity, promotes the engagement of your staff and so on. Last week, Mr. Tou Boon Lim spoke about how to create a culture in your company. He encouraged the members to reflect on the current state of their company’s culture, and how to reach the desired state. Mr. Tou Boon described the six components of an organizational culture that can be used to reach the desired state: Purpose, Values, Behaviors, Recognition, Rituals, and Cues.
